I found the only persons that work there that was happy, was the house cleaning and they were happy they finally got new towels. No other workers there ever smiled.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was awesome nice views. The only downfall was the grotto was closed for maintenance. That was one of the reasons we picked the Resort. So we are going to try it again in the fall.
